What is thermal paper? What is the principle of thermal paper?

In life, there are not many things to touch. It is a paper type placed on label printers and ticket printers. There is a chemical substance on this paper type, which turns black when exposed to heat. This is thermosensitive printing paper.

What is the basic principle of thermal printing paper

Thermal printing paper, also known as thermal printing paper and thermal resistor fax paper, is used for label printers and thermal printers. Its quality can affect printing performance and storage time, and even affect the lifespan of the printing machine and printer.

With the development trend of office work, in large-scale activities such as economic development, medical treatment, aviation, and public relations departments dealing with car accidents and various malignant events, the use of label printers is increasing. Thermal printing paper has already become a widely used technical paper, commonly seen in fax documents and thermal printing paper.

Thermal printing paper is a unique type of coated paper, which has a similar appearance to ordinary white paper. The surface of thermal printing paper is very smooth. It is made of ordinary paper as a paper base. Apply a hot hair color layer on top. The hair color layer is composed of adhesive, hair color groups, and non tone dyes (or non tone dyes), without the need for microcapsule extraction. The chemical change is in an "ambush" situation. When thermal printing paper encounters a heated printer nozzle, the hair color agent and non tone dye on the printing head cause a chemical reaction, changing the color, causing images and symbols.

When the thermal printing paper is placed in an environment above 70 ℃, the coating of the thermal resistor begins to fade. The reason for its fading also starts from its composition.

There are mainly two types of thermistor components in the coating of thermal printing paper: one is the absence of color dye or dark dye; Another type is a chromogenic agent. This type of thermosensitive printing paper is also known as a popular recording paper for bimorphic differentiation.
